Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines how service cancellations and refund requests are handled for ClixPayMedia engagements. Specific terms for your engagement will also be set out in your signed service agreement, which takes precedence over this general policy where the two differ.

Service Cancellation

Third-Party & Software Costs

Advance Payments

Where advance payment is required to begin a project, this advance covers planning and setup work and is non-refundable once that work has begun, except as otherwise stated in your signed agreement.

Disputed Charges
